Iron Pentacle: Foundation of a Practice

Traditionally offered in a full-weekend format, this will be a power-packed intensive for those who wish to deepen their practice.  Grounded in Feri and Reclaiming Witchcraft, the Iron Pentacle is a tool for navigating the arc of life and honing balance.  Forging a relationship with the points of Iron Pentacle (Sex, Self, Passion, Pride and Power) challenges us “To Know Ourselves in All Our Parts.”  We will also sample the Gilded and Rusted Pentacles, which assist in identifying our edges in our relationships with self and others (both flora and fauna).  This exploration will help us temper honest relationship with ourselves, communicate and interact more effectively.  This workshop has the potential to be an afternoon of true awakening and a deep journey into ourselves.

Darrell is a initiate in the Feri and Reclaiming Traditions.  His practice draws strongly from the empowerment dynamic, meditation work, the modern myth, and secular spirituality. When not glued to the keyboard at his day job (computer nerd) he enjoys science fiction, cats, and anything that doesn’t have gluten in it.  He would tell you that it’s more important that he’s an INFP than a Gemini, but that, of course, would be the kind of thing a Gemini would say.

James is a queer witch and Radical Fairy.  An initiate of Feri and Reclaiming he strives to find balance and magic everywhere and in everything.  Always an advocate for social justice, he has decided to take his pursuit to the next level and is currently in his final year of a MSW.  His work is deepened by a connection to the Gay Rights Ancestors, striving to heed their words and “Be fabulous, always be fabulous.”
